Here's another cool example of a special effects shot. Isn't it pretty odd that an amusement park has a huge rocket ship in the middle of the park? Turns out, that rocket ship is actually no bigger than your arm. Between the sunlight, blue sky, background building, position of the subject and the rocket ship, and depth of field, you get a much larger looking object, ready for takeoff.
I used the generic Rebel XT lens for this shot.
